NEW Opportunity: Be a Sponsored Scholarship Recipient!

Earn a $200 refund after the conference! How? Register and attend C4 The Legal Industry™ Conference and commit to six prescheduled on-site meetings with exhibitors.* Then, meet with your assigned business partners on-site and turn in your appointment card to have it validated before the final session. Submit your completed, validated appointment card and ALA will refund $200 to you within three weeks after the conference. To participate, when you register, simply indicate “yes” to the following question: Interested in being a sponsored scholarship recipient? The total number of available Sponsored Scholarships is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date and time the registration is received.

*Each appointment must be at least five minutes and will be held during coffee and/or meal breaks. One month before the conference, you will be sent a list of the sponsoring exhibitors and will have an opportunity to rank your preferences. ALA will do our best to connect you with your first choices; however, it will depend on the final number of sponsors and recipients. Appointments will be scheduled and confirmed by ALA staff one week prior to the start of the conference.

Note: To help reduce food waste and plan appropriate room sets, please indicate if you will not be attending any included meal or special event by removing it from your registration itinerary.

Registration Eligibility

Registration fees are based on membership status (ALA member or nonmember) on the date registration and payment are received (by 11:59 p.m. Central time). ALA members may register for the conference at the member rates noted on the registration form. Nonmember registration is restricted to individuals who are not currently members of ALA but who do meet the eligibility requirements for ALA membership. Guest Registration

The purchase of a guest registration is restricted to guests of registrants only. A guest may not be someone eligible for membership in ALA, a business partner or a supplier who is not exhibiting.

Registration Policies

Conference Consent Policy

By registering for this ALA conference, you are consenting to receive conference-related communications as well as inclusion in attendee rosters.

Photo/Video Policy

Registration (attendee, guest and exhibitor) and payment for the conference gives consent that any pictures, video or audio recordings taken during ALA and ALA-related events can be used for conference coverage and future ALA promotional purposes. ALA is able to use your likeness without remuneration.

Cancellations

All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to [email protected]. Cancellation notifications via phone or social media (for example, posting on our Facebook page or via Twitter) are not accepted. The following cancellation fees will apply:

Please note: No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fees.

Substitutions

A substitute from the registrant's organization or chapter is permitted for a $159 administrative fee. The substitute's registration fee will be adjusted if a nonmember replaces an ALA member. Please submit a written request to [email protected] for processing.
