Workplace sexual harassment has often been the subject of headline news in recent months. In response, ALA partnered with Elizabeth Mell of Mell Consulting to evaluate whether sexual harassment is a widespread concern in our profession and, if so, how ALA can support members in addressing it and promoting a safe work environment for you and your colleagues. This survey was anonymous; no identifying information was collected, used publicly or distributed to third parties.
