Please complete the Outside Agency (HRCI, SHRM, CPE, CLE) Credit Request within one month after the conference to receive activity numbers, or certificates of attendance.


Certified Legal Manager (CLM)® Initial Certification CreditCLM 2017-Logo-JPG

All applicants for the CLM program must meet certain education prerequisites before sitting for the CLM exam. None of the sessions from the IP Conference qualify for Application Credits other than for functional specialists as listed below.

CLM Application Credits for Functional Specialists

The following sessions offer application hours required of some functional specialists to fulfill the CLM application:

  • FM10: 1.25 hours in the subject area of Financial Management (FM) 
  • LI10: 1.25 hours in the subject area of Financial Management (FM)
  • HR10: 1 hour in the subject area of Human Resources Management (HR)
  • OM10: 1 hour in the subject area of Operations Management (OM)
  • LI11: 1 hour in the subject area of Legal Industry/Business Management (LI) 
  • FM20: 1.25 hours in the subject area of Financial Management (FM)
  • LI20: 1.25 hours in the subject area of Legal Industry/Business Management (LI) 
  • LI21: 1.25 hours in the subject area of Legal Industry/Business Management (LI)
CLM Recertification Credits
  • Financial Management:  FM10 = 1.25 hrs; FM20 = 1.25 hrs
  • Human Resources Management: HR10 = 1 hr
  • Legal Industry/Business Management: LI10 = 1.25 hrs; LI11 = 1 hr; LI20 = 1.25 hrs; LI21 = 1.25 hrs
  • Operations Management: OM10 = 1 hr

All sessions at this conference, except the Idea Exchange, count for CLM Recertification. An Education Tracking Form is available to track your credits.


Continuing Professional Education (CPE)CPE Logo

To receive CPE credit, you must sign in and out of each session.

MCLE/Other States

Credit may be available in other states but cannot be guaranteed. In all states, accreditation is dependent on individual state guidelines and filing regulations.
