All sales of the ALA Compensation and Benefits Survey and Large Firm Key Staff Survey Bundle are final. Refunds will not be issued except in cases where a duplicate purchase is made in error. If you accidentally purchase two copies of the same survey, please contact compsurvey@alanet.org for assistance with your refund request. Duplicate purchases will be reviewed and verified before a refund is issued.

Accessing Your Report and Calculator
Beginning November 1, log in to the Readex Survey Portal using your Readex credentials (your firm’s URL is often your login). Select the report you purchased to download your report(s) and access the compensation calculator.
Survey participants: In addition to the above resources, you will have access to our new benchmarking tool, which allows you to compare your submitted data against the survey results.
