ALA’s web-based courses replicate the classroom experience in a virtual setting. You and your cohort of classmates meet online once a week for six weeks, all while working with the same instructor. (In case you are unable to attend live or want to review materials, the sessions are recorded.)
Our FM 1 and FM 2 courses focus on law firm accounting, financial information and analysis. Completing the FM 1 and FM 2 courses and passing the certificate exam will help you deepen your knowledge about law firm finances, ensure your achievement of the learning objectives, and give you a credential that sets you apart.
FM 1: Law Firm Accounting
This course is six weeks long. The first class takes place on July 7 and the last class takes place on August 18. Registration closes July 23.
