ECL focuses on the fundamentals — you’ll learn about resources, ideas and education available to you so you’re equipped right from the start of your leadership term. Plus, we’ll highlight the basics for anyone thinking of stepping into a leadership role. CLI builds on the foundation of ECL. Its focus is on leadership and communication skills, with opportunities to brainstorm and problem solve with other chapter leaders. Additionally, CLI incorporates roundtable sessions that are specifically designed for small, medium and large chapters with an opportunity to share concerns with your peers. |
