Registration and Fees

 PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!

The cost to participate in this virtual event is $499 per chapter. This registration fee grants unlimited access to all chapter members and prospective leaders interested in attending. This opens the door for any member of a chapter to participate so long as the chapter has paid its registration fee! What an awesome opportunity!

REGISTER YOUR CHAPTER

How Does It Work?

Chapters are asked to designate a primary point of contact for this event. This is the individual whom headquarters staff will communicate with regarding the chapter’s registration and provide access information to the event after payment is received. On the registration form, the chapter will also need to identify a billing contact responsible for registration payment. The primary contact can also serve as the billing contact, or it can be someone different. Once you have identified those individuals, the primary contact simply needs to submit the chapter registration form.

ALA staff will notify the billing contact within two business days of receipt of the completed registration form to provide instructions to complete payment of the chapter’s $499 fee. After payment is complete, the receipt for payment is automatically generated and sent to the Chapter President. Additional copies of the receipt can be sent to a different email address that can be provided after checkout.

Individual registration is required to receive access information for the event. Individual attendees and your primary contact from your chapter must register by 5 p.m. Central on March 20. Individuals who do not register themselves by the deadline will be unable to access the platform.

Payment of the invoice is required before the registration promo code will be given to the primary contact to share with their chapter members.

Note: For chapters interested in attending but concerned about the cost, the ALA Board of Directors has set aside funds to support those chapters who need assistance with the cost. Funding assistance applications are available here. The deadline for submission is February 13.
