Whether you're on the hunt for your next legal management job — or looking to fill a legal support staff position — you've come to the right place. ALA's Job Bank is one of the most consistently visited pages on the ALA website.
The Job Bank accepts ads for positions that focus on legal administration and the management of various legal organizations. You'll find ads for practicing attorneys, legal managers and administrative positions, as well as support staff positions such as legal secretaries, legal assistants, paralegals and law clerks. There are also postings in professional service organizations (such as consulting and accounting firms) that require skills similar to those of a legal administrator or functional specialist.
(Please note: ALA is not currently posting ads for management positions in service industries and retail settings).
Job Bank Fees
- Job Seeker:
- There is no charge for job seekers to look for their next career move.
- Employers:
- ALA members pay $329 to post an ad in the Job Bank; nonmembers pay $529.
- Blindbox Service:
- Advertisers who wish to remain anonymous can purchase our blindbox service. Electronic replies will be routed to you anonymously. ALA members pay an additional $169 for this service; nonmembers pay $269.
