As a member, ALA gives you access to solutions for the most critical strategic and operational challenges you face today, while preparing you for the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow. ALA continues to innovate and find various ways to keep members connected both virtually and in-person.

Our in-person events allow networking and education to thrive. ALA’s two newest events include the Legal Management Fundamentals conference — for those just starting their legal administration careers — and the Executive Leadership Summit, a deep dive into forward-thinking topics to help you drive results in your firm. We have also expanded our online opportunities for members to stay informed and grow professionally, including offering Mental Health First Aid training; producing webinars, white papers and podcasts covering the cutting-edge topics you need to know; providing educational programming options and on-target content in ALA’s publications; and continuously updating career and diversity resources.

The Strategic Direction that we rolled out in 2021 continues to drive us forward in how we deliver our products and services. With the help of our various committees, Board leadership and ALA staff, we will keep working to provide new solutions and resources to empower members to lead and be influencers in the business of law.
