Nicole Larson joined ALA in 2001 and today serves as the Senior Director, Governance and Education. In collaboration with various outsourced partners, Larson directs the implementation of all educational programs offered by the Association. She also promotes the active engagement of stakeholders in all areas of the Association and oversees all volunteer appointments, orientation, training and recognition efforts. Additionally, she serves as staff liaison to the Board of Directors, Past Presidents, Certification Committee and Nominating Committee, as well as all in-person event planning committees.
