    Darlene Grimm has worked in a customer service capacity for more than 50 years, most recently as an Account Manager for a large pharmaceutical company before joining the WALZ team. As a Customer Service Representative with WALZ, Darlene assists clients with everything from ordering supplies, to software training to managing mailings. She loves working with people to help solve issues and considers one of her biggest strengths empathy and good communication.

    She enjoys spending time with family, specifically her grandkids. A lot of her time is spent on the baseball field but camping, boating, BBQing, or hanging out at the beach catching the waves are some of her favorite pastimes.

    Director of Sales & Operations

    Maisha Hyde serves as the Director of Sales & Operations at WALZ where she is responsible for managing daily operations, product enhancements and sales-related activities. With nearly 10 years in the industry, Maisha has a deep understanding of mail-related processes and helps develop efficient mailing solutions that maximize productivity and enhance mail operations for thousands of organizations across the country who rely on WALZ’ products and services. Before joining WALZ, Maisha worked as a business analyst in the telecommunications industry.

    Maisha is native to California but recently relocated to Texas and loves spending time traveling to new places, often by cruise ship.

    Albert Maldonado is a Sr. Customer Service Representative at WALZ who supports the needs of existing clients and provides expert consulting to help pair prospective clients with efficient solutions to help simplify their mail operations. With more than 7 years of experience in the industry, Albert has worked to help both large, enterprise-sized and small mail operations solve their biggest mail management challenges. Before joining WALZ, he worked in the financial services industry managing high risk delinquent accounts.

    He is based in Temecula, California and enjoys bike riding, longboarding and cooking.

    Rich Smith is a Sr. Customer Service Representative at WALZ where he is responsible for assisting clients with their mail management needs, from point-of-sale through growth, whether they are enterprise-sized clients who send thousands of mailings a month or small, in-house mail operations with only a handful of mailings. Before joining WALZ, he worked for one of the nation’s leading appraisal management companies.

    Rich is based in Temecula, California and enjoys winning at billiards in his free time, traveling all across the San Diego area to play!
