For Austin: our block at the Hilton Austin is full and 9/24/18 was the cut off date. You may call the hotel direct to see if rooms have opened up however our group rate will most likely not be available.
ALA has secured a few rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin Downtown Convention Center, 300 E. 4th Street, Austin, TX 78701. The ALA group rate is $299 plus tax per night. You can make your reservation by clicking here. Reservations will be open until October 5 or until our block is full; it is strongly recommended you make reservations as soon as possible.
If you prefer, you have the option of trying to reserve a room through Airbnb, Priceline, hotels.com or any other website. Pricing is higher than normal as there is a Formula 1 car race over our dates, but you might find a deal.

Ground Transportation
GO Airport Express Shuttle
Upon arrival at O’Hare International Airport, collect your baggage, and proceed to the GO Airport Express loading zone located outside of baggage claim in Terminal 2, 3 or 5. The shuttle service offers regularly scheduled stops every 10–15 minutes to the downtown area from 4 a.m.–11:30 p.m. No reservations are needed for downtown service to hotels. Service from the airport to the hotel is approximately $32 each way. A round-trip ticket is approximately $58.
Upon arrival at Midway International Airport, collect your baggage, and proceed to the GO Airport Express stop located outside of baggage claim on the lower level. The shuttle service offers regularly scheduled stops every 10–15 minutes to the downtown area from 4 a.m.–11:30 p.m. No reservations are needed for downtown service to hotels. Service from the airport to the hotel is approximately $27 each way. A round-trip ticket is approximately $48.

Parking
Both valet and self-parking options are available.
For valet service, please pull your vehicle to the hotel main entrance. The fee is $75 nightly with in and out privileges. Self-parking is available at the hotel for $47 nightly or at a covered garage located at 55 E. Monroe Street for $45. All options have in and out privileges.
