Business partners, including consultants and suppliers to the legal industry, who are NOT exhibiting, will not be able to register or attend as a conference attendee or as a guest of an attendee.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. ALA requires written notice of your cancellation, which must be faxed to 847.267.1329 or mailed to ALA Headquarters (75 Tri-State International, Suite 222, Lincolnshire, IL 60069-4435). If your cancellation notice is received:
- On or before September 24, you will receive a refund less $75 administration fee
- After September 24, you will not receive a refund
A substitute from the registrantís organization is permitted for a $75 administrative fee. The registration fee will be adjusted if a nonmember replaces an ALA member.
Refund of Guest Registration
A full refund (less $25 handling fee) will be issued on or before September 24. No refunds will be issued after September 24.
