All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted via email to email@example.com. Cancellations received on or before July 3, 2015 are subject to a $75 fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received July 4, 2015 or after.
Substitution from the registrant's organization is permitted for a $75 administrative fee. The substitute's registration fee will be adjusted if a nonmember replaces an ALA member. Please submit this request in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
