2015 Exhibit Space Application and Contract
It is understood that this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by ALA, and incorporated into this contract are the following terms, conditions, rules and regulations. Contract will not be processed without payment.
A. Payment Policy: Applications submitted must be accompanied by payment in full. CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROPER PAYMENT. No exceptions will be made.
Each 10' x 10' booth - $3,700
B. Contract Acceptance: ALA reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance or refusal of applications. If an applicant is not accepted by ALA, all money paid will be returned to the applicant.
C. Space Assignments: Priority for space assignments is based on points awarded to previous ALA exhibitors (see Rules and Regulations). Companies who exhibited at the 2014 Annual Conference in Toronto, Ontario, Canada will be placed first, in point order. All exhibit booth selection after this is first-come, first-served.
D. Cancellations: If space is canceled by an exhibitor on or before February 1, 2015, a refund will be made for 50% of the total balance due of exhibit space reserved. There will be no refunds made to companies canceling after February 1, 2015. All cancellations must be in writing.
