Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted via email to registration@alanet.org. Cancellations received on/before April 7, 2014 are subject to a $259 fee. Between April 8 and April 28, 2014, 50% refund. No refunds April 29, 2014 or after. Guest cancellations received on/before April 28, 2014 are subject to a $59 handling fee. No refunds April 29, 2014 or after.

Substitutions
Substitution from the registrant's organization is permitted for a $99 administrative fee. The substitute's registration fee will be adjusted if a nonmember replaces an ALA member. Please submit this request in writing via email to registration@alanet.org.
