2014 Exhibit Space Application and Contract
It is understood that this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by ALA, and incorporated into this contract are the following terms, conditions,
rules and regulations. Contract will not be processed without payment.
A. Payment Policy: A deposit equal to 50% of the balance due is required at contract. The total balance is due by February 14, 2014.
Applications submitted after February 14, 2014, must be accompanied by payment in full.
CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROPER PAYMENT ATTACHED. No exceptions will be made.

B. Contract Acceptance: ALA reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance
or refusal of applications. If an applicant is not accepted by ALA, all money paid will be returned to the applicant.
C. Space Assignments: Priority for space assignments is based on points awarded to previous ALA exhibitors (see Rules and Regulations, Item 6). Companies who exhibited at the 2013 Annual Conference in National Harbor, MD will be placed first, in point order. All exhibit booth selection after this is first-come, first-served.
D. Cancellations: If space is canceled by an exhibitor on or before February 14, 2014, a refund will be made less a 50% service charge based upon the full cost of the space contracted. There will be no refunds made to companies canceling after February 14, 2014. Any space not occupied by Monday, May 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. for which special arrangements have not been made may be reassigned by ALA without obligation to make a refund. All cancellations must be in writing.
