Foundation Board of Trustees
Description: The Foundation of the Association of Legal Administrators is governed by an eight-member Board of Trustees. The Trustees manage the Foundation’s assets, including considering and awarding grants for projects initiated by ALA chapters, awarding scholarships for CLI, and finding speakers for the Brezina Session for the Annual Conference & Expo.

Term: 4 years
Appointments per year: 1-3
Expectations / In-Person Meetings: Two per year (Annual Conference, fall or winter).
Eligibility: The ideal candidate has served on a non-profit board and has time to commit to monthly conference calls and two in-person meetings each year, one of which is held in conjunction with the ALA Annual Conference.
