The Nashville retreat was really a home run event. As usual, the location provided for some incredible activities outside of the formal meeting time, which created the opportunity to build even stronger relationships with my peers at other firms. And the new format, which allowed for more time to work together in small groups, was a welcome change. We spent most of our time grappling with issues critical to the future of our industry.
