Peggy Siems joined the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) in January 2012 and oversees the design, implementation, production, maintenance, and evaluation of educational programs and products. Siems also recommends new program offerings and strategic
partnerships in addition to producing ALA's webinars throughout the year. Key responsibilities include planning the educational content for the Annual Conference and the Fall/Specialty Conferences. Her main accomplishment has been to create a Call
for Presentations that can be used for speakers to submit their proposals for speaking engagements at ALA conferences and for committees to be able to review these submissions to aid in choosing the best education for each conference.
Prior to joining ALA, Siems worked as an Assistant Principal, a Human Resource Director and a Finance Director. She earned an M.S. in Human Resource Management & Development and holds a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in Educational Leadership.
Scott Warrick, JD, MLHR, CEQC, SHRM-SCP

Heidi K. Gardner,
PhD, is a Distinguished Fellow in the Center on the Legal Profession at Harvard Law School. She also serves as a Lecturer on Law and the Faculty Chair of the school’s Accelerated Leadership Program executive course. She was previously on the faculty at Harvard Business School.
Gardner has held positions with McKinsey & Co. and Procter & Gamble and as a Fulbright Scholar. Her research focuses on leadership and collaboration in professional service firms.
