Kyle Weigand, Firm Administrator of Thacker Robinson Zinz LPA, was elected President of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) for a two-year term commencing May 1, 2017. 

An active member in both the Cleveland and Northwest Ohio chapters, Kyle has taken on volunteer and leadership roles with membership, business partner relations, and education committees since joining the national organization in 2010. An invaluable resource for law firm managers, Kyle was most impressed with the ALA NWO chapter in 2013 when moving the firm's Toledo office from the suburbs to downtown.

"I needed to engage with and rely on businesses who understood our industry and who had what it takes to move a busy law office efficiently and affordably, ensuring our clients' needs could be met without missing a beat. From movers to furniture brokers to press contacts; all were referrals from my peers in ALA. I could never have executed the move so successfully without them." 

Over the next two years, Kyle intends to help grow the chapter in both members and business partners, and keep fellow law firm managers up-to-date by coordinating current and forward-thinking educational opportunities.
