Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit:
The Association of Legal Administrators is registered with the National Association of State
Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the
National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on
the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered

representing the primary knowledge and skill areas needed by accounting licensees
to perform professional services: Accounting, Accounting (Governmental), Auditing,

Regulatory Ethics, Business Law, Business Management and Organization, Finance,
Management Advisory Services, Marketing, Behavioral Ethics, Communications,
Personal Development, Personnel/HR, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics,
Production, Specialized Knowledge and Applications, Statistics, and Taxes.
The fields of study covered in this program include: Business Management
and Organization; Finance; Personnel/HR; Specialized Knowledge and Applications;

CPE Codes and Descriptions:
All CPE eligible courses within this program are at the basic level of instruction.
Instructors use rich discussion and analysis processes to cover the essential skills
required for effective job performance as a legal administrator. No advance
preparation is necessary.
