Post-conference Summary
Our "Path to Peak Performance" led us straight to the Region 5 Educational Conference & Exposition in breathtaking Banff the first weekend in October. We enjoyed the first snowfall of the winter season complete with impromptu snow angels, timely and informative sessions geared to administrators in the legal industry, and an Exhibit Hall packed with our business service providers.
We kicked off the Conference Thursday night with an Oktoberfest Welcome Reception at the Waldhaus Restaurant and Pub. There was food, drink, networking, and more food and networking.
Friday morning Les Hewitt, The Power of Focus, Inc., delivered the Keynote Address sharing his secrets to creating peak performance in a law firm environment. Immediately following Hewitt's motivating opening, we explored the state of the legal industry followed by sessions on legal management, finance, human resources, and office operations management. We wrapped up on Saturday morning with Les Hewitt again, where we learned to put into practice what we learned Friday morning.
By now attendees should be making a difference at their firm or organization. Thank you for attending.
