Blogging is the new "It" marketing vehicle some businesses - even law firms - are adopting to communicate with their clients and the public. Maybe you have heard of it but aren't exactly sure what it is. Or, you know about Blogging but you have concerns about its place in your law firm. - Summarize how lawyers and law firms use blogs;
- Identify the impact blogging can have on a firm;
- Identify and analyze the potential advantages and disadvantages of blogging for a firm and/or individual lawyers;
- Recognize, generally, applicable legal concerns involved in blogging;
- Design a strategy involving blogging for the law firm; and
- Write an appropriate law firm policy regarding individual lawyer blogging.
