Lead Your Office to Become an
Extraordinary Place to Work

October 17, 2007

2-4 pm Eastern   1-3 pm Central   Noon-2 pm Mountain   11 am-1 pm Pacific

What is it about a law office or law firm - of any size - that makes it an extraordinary place to work? What makes an extraordinary law firm something more than just a weekday morning destination? Discover ways to transform you office into a remarkable workplace, delivering not only superior client service but also satisfaction for each and every person who is part of that effort. Join this program to get some practice ideas on how to move your office to the level of an extraordinary workplace. This panel includes legal administrators whose firms have been identified as great places to work by Fortune magazine's list of "The 100 Best Companies to Work For." Participants at this program should be able to:

  • Define some of the characteristics of what makes a firm an extraordinary place to work.
  • Identify the business reasons to become an extraordinary place to work beyond the touchy-feely side of good personnel management.
  • List some of the components of creating an extraordinary place to work.
  • Apply the strategies to fit their firms' specific culture and environment.
  • Construct a rationale for promoting the strategies for making the firm an extraordinary place to work for their senior partners and management.

This Webinar qualifies towards CLM Recertification in the category of Communications and General Management.
