1. How do I purchase the Conference Enrichment Package?
   You can purchase the Conference Enrichment Package for $395 by clicking on the "Cart" icon in the Online Learning Center and adding the "2012 Full Conference Set" to your Cart. After adding the Conference Enrichment Package to your cart, click "Checkout" to proceed to payment.
2. Can I buy individual recordings?
   No. The Conference Enrichment Package is only available as a full conference set, priced at $395 for over 85 hours of education.
3. I have purchased the Conference Enrichment package, how do I log-in to view sessions?

   • ALA Members - Access the Online Learning Center here to maintain your alanet.org login. If you've already purchased the Education Enrichment Package, you will find the sessions under "My Account" and then "My Content".

   • Non-members - Go to the Online Learning Center. Go to "My Account" then "Non-Member log-in". Use your account username and password provided from MultiView to log-in.

4. How do I access sessions that I've purchased?
   Once you are logged into the Online Learning Center, go to "My Account" then "My Content".
5. Where can I download copies of the Conference handouts?
   Conference handouts (PDF) can be downloaded at www.alanet.org/conf/2012/handouts.html.
6. I don’t see a session that I am looking for. Were all Conference sessions recorded?
   Not all conference sessions were recorded. Idea exchanges, Business Matters! sessions and a small number of sessions whose speakers declined to be recorded are not included. A total of five sessions were not recorded:

7. I can’t get my content to display/play correctly. There is an error message. Who do I contact?
   First, check to make sure you are logged in by pointing your mouse to "My Account". If the first item in the drop-down is "Logout", then you are already logged in. If not, select the correct option – "Member Log-in" or "Non-Member Log-in".

   If you are logged in and still cannot view your conference enrichment package, contact support by email multiviewMediaSupport@multiview.com or phone: 289.695.5400 (M-F | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET) for further assistance.

8. Can I share my access with others (members of my firm, chapter, etc.)?
   At this time, subscriptions are only available for purchase to individuals, and not to chapters or firms. Remember, your account is tied to your ALA member username and password. For security purposes you should never share your username and password.
9. How long will I have access to the sessions after I purchase them?
   Sessions will be available for three years after the date of the conference. Be aware, that this is three years from the date of conference, not three years from the date of purchase.
10. Will the Annual Conference sessions be available on CD-ROM?
    No. Annual Conference sessions will not be available on CD-ROM. By using a web-only platform, ALA is able to offer the same high-quality sessions at a fraction of the cost, without shipping delays, or a need for safekeeping and physical storage of session discs.
