Meet the ALA Staff
“When you cease to grow, you begin to die,” is a quote Aaron Itczak remembers his grandfather sharing with him growing up. Education is his passion in life, which he believes is the best way to respond to constant change. Itczak has served as the Learning Design Manager for the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) since February 2014 where he designs and develops competency-based eLearning courses. He has also spearheaded ALA’s very first virtual conference, and prior to working with ALA, he taught elementary students both in the United States and overseas, trained educators, served as dean of students, and educated graduate students as an online adjunct instructor.
Itczak holds a Master of Science degree in instructional design and technology from Purdue University Calumet. When he is not exploring new restaurants in the Chicago area, he is seeking new adventures to add to and check off of his bucket list.
